Products and descriptions
We take reasonable care to present accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices. Screen colours, proportions and packaging may vary. Customers must check vehicle connector, cable, property supply and installation compatibility before ordering. Contact us if uncertain.
Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not by itself confirm acceptance. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods. We may decline an order before acceptance because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, failed payment, delivery restrictions or suspected fraud. Money collected for a declined order will be returned.
Prices and payment
Prices and totals are displayed in pounds sterling. The final total, delivery cost and currently enabled payment methods are shown before order submission. Payment must be authorised before fulfilment. We do not ask customers to pay outside the website checkout.
Availability
Orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate alternative where suitable or cancel and refund the affected item. Substitutions are not made without agreement.
Delivery
Physical products are delivered to UK addresses under our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Standard delivery is free, handling normally takes 1-2 business days and transit normally takes 2-3 business days.
Installation and service products
Installation and supply-and-fit services require separate service-area, technical, electrical, property and access checks. A displayed service price applies only to the scope stated on the product page or agreed quotation. Extra work must be agreed before it is charged. Installation must be performed by an appropriately qualified person where required.
Cancellations, returns and refunds

Warranty information
