Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An acknowledgement confirms receipt; acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. Before acceptance we may reject an order because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, failed payment or suspected fraud. Any money collected for a rejected order will be returned.
Prices and payment
Prices and order totals are displayed in pounds sterling. The total payable and currently available payment methods are shown at checkout before order submission. We do not ask customers to pay outside the website checkout.
Products and compatibility
Product images help illustrate the item; screen colours and scale may vary. Check vehicle, connector, electrical supply and installation suitability before ordering. Contact us if unsure. Installation must be completed by an appropriately qualified person where required.
Delivery and returns

Installation services
Installation or supply-and-fit services require service-area, property and technical checks. Scope, access requirements and an appointment must be agreed before the service is delivered.
