Where do you deliver?
We deliver physical products to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is free.
How long does delivery take?
Handling normally takes 1-2 business days, followed by 2-3 business days in transit. The usual total is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
Can I return an item?
Eligible physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Customers pay return postage for an approved change-of-mind return; we cover reasonable costs for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
When is a refund issued?
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is sent to the original payment method within up to 14 days. Your payment provider may need additional time to display it.
