Delivery area and cost
We deliver physical products to United Kingdom addresses only. Standard delivery is free for eligible physical product orders.
Handling and transit
Orders are normally prepared within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, transit normally takes 2-3 business days. The usual total is 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, details are emailed after dispatch. Carrier updates may take time to appear.
Delivery address
Check your address before ordering and contact us immediately about corrections. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch begins.
Delays or damage
Carrier disruption and events outside our reasonable control may affect estimates. Contact contact@optimumevsolutions.shop with your order number if an order is materially delayed, damaged or appears lost.
Installation services
Installation and supply-and-fit products require service-area and technical checks. Appointments are agreed separately and do not use the parcel transit estimate.
